Podcast Panic

Last week I was interviewed for the Do More Good Podcast by the delightful James & Kenneth.

In the run up I was slightly anxious having never done a podcast and not being hugely comfortable with speaking about myself. But I felt the fear and did it anyway.

After what was one of the longest days at work, in back to back interviews from 8.30am till 6pm, I darted across London and rocked up slightly dishevelled and thoroughly unprepared.

Sometimes that a good thing, I had little time to overthink or worry, so just winged it and spoke about the benefits of coaching.

It was a lot of fun and I have had some lovely feedback from listeners already. Have a listen to find out more about coaching benefits, my style of coaching and my best life hacks - https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/episode-48-the-benefits-of-coaching-with-jo-stone/id1345999704?i=1000464536969
