Leadership Support Circles
You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
Small peer coaching groups for charity leaders facing real challenges
It's lonely at the top.
As a charity leader, you're constantly making tough decisions. Budget cuts. Restructures. Impossible targets with frozen headcount.
Poor communication from above that you have to filter and interpret for your team.

You can't talk to your team about these things.

You can't burden your board with every wobble.
And there's no one at your level who truly understands what you're juggling.

So you carry it alone. The stress builds.
The decisions get harder.
And by the end of the year, burnout feels inevitable.

The worst part? You think everyone else has it figured out. You think you're the only one struggling.

You're not.

Leading is hard. The isolation makes it harder.

But you don't have to do it by yourself. Your peers are facing exactly what you're facing. And when you bring those challenges into a room together, everything changes.

Let's get you the support you deserve. Register below or email me here with any questions.
What Are Leadership Support Circles?
Leadership Support Circles are small groups of charity leaders who meet monthly to think through real challenges together.
It's peer-led coaching — not training, not consultancy, just heads together on the stuff that's actually keeping you awake.

Here's what you get for just £250 (excluding VAT):
-
Five monthly 90-minute sessions — Once a month, remotely, with 3-5 peers from other organisations
-
Real conversations — Bring your actual challenges. No corporate speak. Just honest thinking.
-
Facilitated by me — I guide the conversation so everyone gets time and perspective
-
Five months — Enough time to build trust and see real shifts in how you approach challenges
-
Confidential — What's shared in the circle stays in the circle

For an additional £250 you can upgrade to the Leadership Support Circle+ Programme which includes three one-to-one private coaching sessions to be used in the same period.

Marie, A - Senior Account Director
"Having a small group of like minded peers was so powerful.
One of my biggest realisations was that I am not alone in what I am juggling and how it makes me feel.
And the group coaching was so valuable to help find resolutions and different perspectives."
How Does a Session Actually Work?
You log in to a Zoom call. Six to eight charity leaders, all facing similar pressures.

Someone brings a challenge they're navigating.
Real life examples include: "I'm in a restructure consultation and I don't know how to be authentic with my team when I can't tell them everything." Or: "I need to increase income by 15% but my budget's being cut by 10%."
You sit with that challenge together. You ask questions. You share how you've handled similar situations. You offer perspective.

And suddenly, the person realises they're not alone.
They see how others have navigated it.
They leave with a different way of thinking about their problem.
And here's what changes:
You realise you're not solving these things by yourself.
You stop absorbing all the weight.
You make better decisions because you've talked them through with people who actually get it.
You feel less alone.
Why This Matters Now
The charity sector is under intense pressure right now. Restructures. Budget cuts. Impossible targets.
And you're expected to navigate all of it whilst looking like you have it together.

You need peer support now. Not when things calm down. Not in six months. Now.

That's why I'm launching this. Because I work with charity leaders every day, and I hear the same thing: "I don't have anyone at my level to talk to."

This changes today.
Your Questions Answered
Do I need coaching experience? No. This is peer coaching—you don't need any formal training. Just be willing to show up authentically and listen to others.

What if I can't make every session? Life happens. We ask for commitment, but we understand that sometimes you'll need to miss. Just let us know in advance.

Will this replace my therapist/coach? No. This is peer support, not clinical or therapeutic. If you're working with a therapist or coach, this complements that work beautifully.

What if my organisation finds out I'm in a peer coaching group? It's confidential. What's discussed in the circle stays in the circle. And there's nothing controversial about a leader getting peer support—it's professional development.

Can I bring specific issues to discuss? Absolutely. You set the agenda based on what you're actually dealing with. If you're in a restructure, we'll work on that. If you're struggling with performance management, we'll explore that.
